Return & Refund Policy

At Retro Gamer Bros, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied or encounter a problem with your order, please review our returns policy below.

1. Change of Mind Returns (Consumer Cancellations)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.

To cancel:

  • Contact us in writing (email: orders@retrogamerbros.co.uk) within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.

Return Conditions:

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, unused and in a resaleable state.
  • If items are returned incomplete, damaged, used, or not in resaleable condition, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund to reflect any loss in value.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned item or proof of return.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • We may request photos or a description of the issue.
  • Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including reasonable return postage costs.
  • 3. Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items clearly marked as “sold as seen,” “non-working,” “untested,” or “for parts”
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Sealed items (such as software or collectables), once opened
  • Items that have been used beyond reasonable handling

4. Return Authorisation

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. This ensures we can confirm the return is eligible and provide the correct return instructions.
