Voucher Code Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all promotional codes, discount codes, and vouchers issued by Retro Gamer Bros (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using a voucher code on our website, you agree to the following terms:

  1. General Use
    1. Voucher codes must be entered at checkout to be valid.
    2. Only one voucher code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
    3. Voucher codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  2. Expiry & Validity
    1. All voucher codes are valid for a limited time only and must be used before the stated expiry date.
    2. Expired codes will not be accepted or reissued.
  3. Eligibility
    1. Voucher codes may be restricted to specific products, categories, or collections.
    2. Some codes may require a minimum spend to be valid.
    3. Codes may be limited to one use per customer, household, or account.
  4. Code-Specific
    1. Restrictions The voucher code RESPAWN was valid only on video game products. It could not be used on consoles, accessories, trading cards, collectibles, or any non-video game items.
    2. The code RESPAWN expired on 31/12/2025 and is no longer valid for use.
    3. Any attempt to use this code after the expiry date will be rejected.
  5. Exclusions
    1. Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, or discount unless explicitly stated.
    2. Certain items (e.g. consoles, rare collectibles, or trading cards) may be excluded from discounts.
  6. Order Issues
    1. If an order is cancelled or refunded, any voucher code used will not be reinstated unless required by law.
    2. If a refund is issued, the discount value may be deducted from the refund amount.
  7. Misuse
    1. We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse voucher codes where:
      1. Codes are used fraudulently
      2. Codes are obtained or used in error
      3. There is any breach of these terms 
  8. Pricing Errors
    1. In the event of a pricing or promotion error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders, even after confirmation, and issue a refund if necessary. 
  9. Changes & Withdrawal
    1. We reserve the right to:
      1. Modify or withdraw voucher codes at any time
      2. Update these terms without prior notice
  10. Limitation of Liability
    1. We are not responsible for:
      1. Codes that do not work due to technical issues
      2. Lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of codes
